Towing to Our Shop
A car that won't drive shouldn't be your problem to move. Call us any hour, tell us where the car is, and we'll dispatch our towing partner to bring it to our lot. Once the car is here, the photos, the estimate, and the insurance paperwork happen in one place, and you don't need to be here for any of it.
What’s included
Tow-in from the scene or your home. If the car can't move on its own, we dispatch the tow and it comes straight to the shop. That works around the clock, not just shop hours.
Pickup from tow yards. If the car was towed to a storage yard after the accident, we help you get it released and moved here. Yards charge storage by the day, so calling us early saves real money.
Cost confirmed before the truck moves. You hear the tow cost up front. On an insurance claim, towing after an accident is normally covered as part of the claim.
The claim starts on arrival. We photograph the damage and write the estimate as soon as the car is here, so the tow doesn't add days to the repair.

Call or email
Tell us where the car is and what happened. If you're not sure it even needs a tow, email a few photos and we'll tell you.

We dispatch the tow
Our towing partner heads your way. We confirm the cost with you before the truck moves, and you don't have to ride along or meet the car here.

Estimate and claim
The car gets photographed and written up when it arrives, and we send the estimate to your insurer.

You get the plan
We call you with the estimate, a realistic timeline, and what your insurance is expected to cover.
Good to know
- The shop is open Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, but towing isn't limited to those hours. If your car comes in overnight, it waits in our lot and we start the paperwork the next business morning.
- If a tow truck is already at the scene, you choose where the car goes. Tell the driver to take it to Xclusive Auto Center, 21400 Lassen St Ste J&T, and it skips the storage yard entirely.
