Collision Repair
Bring the car in, or have it towed to us if it can't be driven. We document the damage, write the estimate, and deal with your insurance adjuster while the repair happens. You'll get updates while the car is here, and you can call us with questions any time.
What’s included
Body and structural repair. Panels straightened or replaced, with the gaps and body lines set back to factory spec.
Computer-matched paint. Your factory color, blended into the surrounding panels so the repair doesn't show.
Glass repair and replacement. Windshields and windows handled here in the same visit.
Insurance claim support. We photograph and document everything, and we talk to the adjuster for you.
Detail before delivery. The car gets cleaned inside and out before you pick it up.
How it goes

Estimate
Free, in person, and usually same day. We go over the damage with you and explain what the repair involves before any work starts.

Insurance
We send the estimate and photos to your insurer and handle the back and forth. If more damage turns up once panels come off, we file the supplement too.

Repair and paint
Body work first, then paint matched to your factory color. If anything unexpected comes up, we call you before moving ahead.

Pickup
We walk through the finished work with you before you take the car. If something isn't right, we fix it first.
Good to know
- In California, you have the right to pick your own body shop. Your insurance company can suggest one, but the decision is yours. We work with all major insurers either way.
- Repair time depends on parts availability and how quickly your insurer approves the estimate. Once we've seen the damage we'll give you a realistic date, and we'll call you if it changes.
