If you tow the car in, do I ever have to come to the shop?
No. Once the car is here, we photograph the damage, write the estimate, and send it to your insurer. Then we call you with the estimate, a realistic timeline, and what your insurance is expected to cover. When the repair is done, we can deliver the car back to you.
