Information automatically collected
In short: Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your Internet Protocol (IP) address and basic browser and device characteristics.
Like any web host, the provider that serves this website automatically records limited technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and the pages you request. This information does not reveal your specific identity and is needed to keep the website secure and running. We also use IP addresses transiently to rate-limit the contact form against abuse.

The About page shows an interactive map so you can see where the shop is. The map is drawn with MapLibre, and its background tiles are served by CARTO. When that map loads, CARTO receives your IP address, the same way any website that loads an image or map from another company would. CARTO does not receive anything you type into the contact form, and the map sets no advertising cookies.
6. How long do we keep your information?
In short: Your message stays in our email inbox like any other business correspondence, and no longer than necessary.
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, for example a record tied to an insurance repair or a tax or accounting requirement. If you would like your message deleted, ask (see how to review, update, or delete your data) and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period as part of its normal security and reliability practices.

10. Controls for do-not-track features
